To help you plan your stay, here are a few key details to note before confirming your booking:
Check-in & check-out
- Check-in is from 3:00pm (earlier may be possible by prior arrangement)
- Check-out is by 9:00am (later may be available if agreed in advance)
Access to the property
- Entry is via a secure Loqed smart lock system, accessed using your mobile phone
- You will receive a link a few days before your arrival to unlock the door
- Full instructions will be provided in advance, and alternative arrangements can be made if needed
Heating & comfort
- The house is fully heated and well insulated, with temperatures set for comfort (around 21°C)
- Heating is controlled remotely, with individual thermostats in the houses and radiators with controls too. However if you do need it warmer or cooler, just let us know
- Underfloor heating is installed on the ground floor and in bathrooms
Garden & maintenance
- The garden is maintained regularly, and a gardener may visit during your stay (typically every 2 weeks Thursday afternoons)
- Visits are kept as unobtrusive as possible and access is external only
Dogs
- Dogs are welcome, but we kindly ask that they are not allowed upstairs or on the main sitting room sofa/rug. We provide a dog guard for the stairs that you can use if needed. Please do not leave dogs unattended during your stay.
- Please ensure the garden is kept clean during your stay, and dog waste is removed.
- The garden is fully fenced.
Parking
- Each house has a private driveway for your use. Please do use this, and only park on the street if you need to, as some of the houses do not have off-street parking.
- Additional parking is available on the road if needed.
General house guidelines
- The property is intended for registered guests only and is not suitable for parties or events. Please note we have quiet hours between 10.30pm and 8am. This is a private, residential street so please be respectful of our neighbours. Thank you for your understanding.
- We kindly ask guests to treat the house with care and leave it tidy on departure.
Cancellation policy
• Please refer to your booking reservation contract for full cancellation terms
• We recommend travel insurance where appropriate.
